Kirsty of HigglePiggle came to me a number of years ago looking for a solution to being too "busy in the business".
Operating her custom toy box and furniture business from Instagram and Facebook meant every enquiry came with a back and forth of messages, sending options, insights, resources, colour schemes, custom options. Just making the sale was overwhelming.
This was a solution-focused ecommerce build, offering Kirsty's potential customers to view work on her website, view all colour palettes, build options and customisations before simply clicking through to send in a complete and decided order.
In addition, We worked on HigglePiggle branding, including logo design, pulling in various elements that felt important to her visual branding.
